Refund Policy

The short version

7-day money-back, no questions. Buy Marje, use it for a week, refund if it's not for you. We don't make you justify it.

How to request a refund

Email support@marje.ai from the address you bought with. Tell us "refund please." Done. We process within two business days. Stripe usually returns funds to your card in 3–5 business days after that.

What's refundable

• Lifetime license — full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Modules — full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of whether you installed it.

What's not refundable

• Purchases older than 7 days (lifetime) or 14 days (modules), unless we genuinely shipped you something broken.
• Enterprise contracts — covered by your separate agreement, not this policy.

If something is broken

If a paid feature genuinely doesn't work the way the docs say it works, we refund regardless of how old the purchase is. Send us a description of what's broken plus the version you're on (Settings → bottom of the page).
