Marje and the underlying KevAI Operating System are protected by one or more pending United States patent applications. The provisional patent application covers, among other things:

• The two-tier factory and user configuration architecture for AI-aware knowledge systems.
• The bi-directional cascade engine for retroactive propagation of new knowledge across an existing knowledge base.
• The encrypted factory rules layer that protects system prompts and routing logic from external AI providers.
• The hybrid storage model combining a markdown knowledge brain with a managed asset library.

Marking

Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 287, this page provides constructive notice of the pending patent applications associated with Marje. Specific application numbers are available on request to legal@marje.ai.

What this means for you

The pending patents do not restrict your use of Marje under the terms of your license. They do restrict the unauthorized replication or commercial reimplementation of the protected architecture.
